eBook: Convert Table, Charts, Graphs to Picture file in MS Word 2010

Convert MS Word Table into JPG
You will need the following programs:
MS Word
MS PowerPoint
Possibly an Image Editing Program such as Photoshop or MS Paint.
1. Open Word and Create New Document.
2. Insert a table into the document.
3. Put your information or object in the table you created. Format it to look exactly as you want
it.(font, color, font size, background color, etc.) Save it.
4. Open PowerPoint and Create New Presentation.
5. Go back to Word and Highlight the table and do Edit, Copy (CTRL C)
6. Go to PowerPoint and Paste this into a slide (CTRL V). Delete everything else on this slide.
7. In PowerPoint, go to File, Save As
8. Under Save As file type, scroll down and choose JEP File Interchange Format (*.jpg)
9. It will ask to save entire presentation or this slide only. Choose this slide only.
10. If you need to make changes to the file, you can open that file into Photoshop, Paint, or other
image editing program and resize, crop, etc. to suit your needs.
11. Save the changed file.
12. It can then be inserted into another file as a JPG image.


Convert Charts into JPG:

  1. Select the Chart
  2. Copy the chart
  3. Paste as Picture
